These terms apply to the installed Easy Specs Shopify app, app administration surfaces, storefront rendering services, support, billing, and related services. Browsing the marketing website is governed by the Website Terms.
Using Easy Specs
Easy Specs helps Shopify merchants create, manage, place, and render product specification charts. You are responsible for the content, product data, metafields, theme choices, and placement decisions you configure through the app.
Shopify Account And Permissions
You must have authority to install apps and grant permissions for the Shopify store where Easy Specs is used. Easy Specs relies on Shopify APIs, access scopes, app billing, theme integrations, and app extensions to provide the service. Shopify may change those systems, and such changes can affect app behavior.
Subscriptions, Trials, And Billing
Paid plans, trials, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and subscription charges are processed through Shopify billing unless otherwise stated in the app or Shopify App Store listing. You are responsible for reviewing plan limits and charges before confirming a subscription.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Easy Specs to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with Shopify or merchant storefronts, bypass platform rules, transmit harmful code, overload systems, reverse engineer the service, or publish content that you do not have the right to use.
Support And Availability
We work to keep Easy Specs available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Support is available through [email protected]. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for reliability, security, platform compatibility, or product changes.
Data And Privacy
App data handling is described in the App Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your store's customer-facing notices and policies accurately describe how you use Easy Specs and any other tools on your storefront.
Termination
You may stop using Easy Specs by uninstalling the app from Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe use of the app violates these terms, creates security or reliability risk, or is otherwise harmful to merchants, buyers, Shopify, or Easy Specs.
Disclaimers
Easy Specs is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Easy Specs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the app.

We may update these app terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new updated date.
